SRC UK have welcomed the first graduates to the company.

SRC UK has welcomed 3 post-graduates into it's new graduate programme. The company plans to accept candidates at regular intervals throughout the year at either BSc or MSc levels to undertake training for several different roles within the company. The first 3 graduates have now started with the business and will receive initial training in the run up to the Christmas break. All students are from STEM disciplines and come from different Universities - however SRC UK are working closely with Lincoln University to accredit the modules and promote employment in the area.

Training manager Gordon Dunbar says "We are thrilled to be able to welcome the first of many graduates to the company. We are proud to be able to offer them not just a training scheme but a full-time role with the company which is at an exciting stage in it's development". Managing Director Stephen Davies adds "The graduates starting with the company are the cumulation of months of hard work in ensuring that we can offer them the very best training and progression in their early careers. We are honoured to have such a close relationship with the University and will look forward to developing that further in the coming months and years."

SRC UK will look to create further posts later this year which will turn into regular intakes of up to 8 students at a time. Following training the candidates will undertake roles as required by both SRC UK and SRC International, offering those joining the company the chance of international travel and flexibility in their future careers. A full graduate recruitment plan will begin in 2020.
