Mission Data Analytics

At SRC, Analysts play a major role in the production and delivery of Intelligence Mission Data (IMD). They are responsible for working alongside our military to identify threats to our defence and create information that will allow the UK and her allies to protect against them.

Analysts could work from a number of different locations and with both industry partners and MoD employees to create a collaborative and detail driven solution to complex problems that might be faced in a hostile environment.

As an IMD analyst you will be responsible for analysing data and creating detailed descriptions and parametric information of known adversary capabilities, supporting test and evaluation of this data and possibly developing mission data and countermeasures to protect those who serve.

Software Engineering

At SRC UK, software engineers play a crucial role in the development of our systems’ capabilities. They are responsible for writing the code that make sensors and mission data solutions effective.

As a software engineer you’ll be involved in almost every stage of product development.

Our software engineers collaborate extensively with other engineering disciplines to develop the most comprehensive and effective solutions possible - this collaborative atmosphere fosters professional growth and continues to inspire new innovations throughout the company.

Systems Engineering

At SRC UK, a systems engineer could work individually or as part of a project team in understanding customer requirements and reducing them into smaller manageable objectives that engineering teams can use as they begin to design a new solution.

The systems engineer has a deep knowledge of how a product or system needs to work, and can anticipate how a design change, or software update, might affect the different components of a system. They use this knowledge to guide engineering teams as they collaborate on a project, helping to solve and prevent unexpected problems. The systems engineer plays a major role in bringing all the pieces of a project together – ensuring a cohesive, understandable and effective product.

As a systems engineer, you’ll be responsible for bringing all of the different disciplines of engineering together into one effective, agile and cohesive project team. You’ll play an active role in bringing our innovative technology to market.
