SRC UK re-affirms commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

• SRC UK re-signed the Armed Forces Covenant on 12 December 2022, pledging support to those who serve, or have served, in the armed forces, together with our employees with serving partners
• The pledge reaffirms SRC UK’s support for equal treatment of employees, families and volunteers directly connected to and supporting UK armed forces

SRC UK Managing Director Stephen Davies re-signed the company’s commitment to honour the Armed Force Covenant on the 12 December 2022. SRC UK Managing Director was delighted to have Air Commodore Jason Crawford RAF countersign the pledge to reaffirm the company’s commitment to providing employee support to reservists, veterans, and their families.

SRC UK are proud to re-sign, update and re-affirm our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant. Our company enshrines the support and equal treatment of our armed forces veterans and support the Armed Forces Community. The work our Armed Forces Veterans undertake within our growing company continues to directly support UK defence and our Allies. SRC UK with a large percentage of Veteran and Reserve Service employees remains flexible to the unique situations of the wider Armed Forces Community to ensure the fair treatment to all who are involved, including spouses, partners and cadet adult volunteers. As a committed company, SRC UK understands that Service life affects serving personnel, veterans, and their families in many ways. Whether it’s through frequent house moves, separation from loved ones and support networks or unfamiliarity with civilian life, we pledge to support our employees in these situations, wherever we can. SRC UK also advertises with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) and we have successfully employed full time employees through this service.
